Mouse non working

Hello, I have a razer mamba tournament edition mouse and I have had no problem with it until now. all of a sudden this morning when I first turned on my laptop the mouse wasn't working, the led lights didn't turn on and I couldn't move the cursor. So I tried to plug the mouse on another laptop and it did work. At this point, I thought it was a problem with my own laptop's USB ports, but no, they were fine. In conclusion, I don't really know what is going on with my mouse, if anyone has had the same problem please contact me or help me. Thanks for your time ;)

    I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of Synapse and mouse drivers following this guide. By the way, what Windows build versions do you have on both laptops?
