Mouse Not Registering Clicks

I have a Razer Mamba Wireless and whenever I try to click it wont click. It appears I have to click 2 or 3 times for it to actually click which is an issue for me because I cant spray shoot in fps games or play osu properly. I had this issue with my old Razer Deathadder Elite and bought the Razer Mamba Wireless thinking the problem would go away. I used to use my Deathadder on my old laptop but I recently got a new pc which I currently use the Mamba on. I've already tried checking my system as well as downloading the newest drivers and it seems to be a problem with the mouse. I dont want to be spending more money on new mice and I really enjoy using Razer products.

    Same issue here, I have opened a support case and I am awaiting a reply. It seems to be a common problem looking on the Amazon page. It is frustrating not being able to hold down the mouse click for fear of it releasing the click. Hopefully I hear back soon about this known hardware issue.

    @Explicit.kyle Does the issue happen while Razer Synapse is running in the background? Let's isolate the behavior first by performing the steps from this link.
