Mouse not Showing on Razer Synapse

I recently got a Razer mouse for my birthday and I went to go make a macro. Usually it would say "Set Keybind" then show the mouse and what you wish to set the keybind to. But it's not there. Can someone help? https://prnt.sc/tc5bjw

Please indicate which Razer mouse you have. Better yet, send me a PM with the serial number of the device so I can verify the model. Please refer to this list of supported devices on Synapse 3.
