Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.
I tried all the troubleshoot but my mouse still not working
I tried to uninstall the USB device
when I click Driver details it shows no driver files
mouse is not showing in Mice and other pointing device
can not update the Firmware since the device can not be seen
Please Help

yes but still not working
when I plugin the mouse I can hear the sound but it is not working.
