Mouse now stopping clicking with synapse update

Can someone tell me whats going on

 

  1. Blade 2020 
  2. Naga Trinity mouse 

The issue is with Synapse, works fine with the other pc (works laptop) plugging in, if i unstall reboot it works fine, as soon as synapse is installed it randomly stops responding to clicks, both left and right. 

I have disabled power off on the USB drivers, cant find any way to do this, the mouse itself is unusable time to time, again this is not hardware related..

Same. Deathadder v3 pro. It happens when i go idle for 10 or more minutes, and when i reboot my pc.

I click everywhere on my desktop, all the shotcuts are not responding to mouse clicks. Then i ctrl alt del, and it starts responding…

BTW my deathstalker v2 pro tkl is not responding either, i cant type letters, only do a ctrl alt del

Are they gona respond or the there is no support of razor?
