This is a pretty new problem that didn’t exist before but basically whenever my computer gets a screensaver or I turn computer off and on, my mouse doesn’t work. I’d even attempt to turn it off and on, but it still doesn’t work. The only thing that seems to work is if I open battery compartment and take the tip of the battery out and put it back in. This is a new battery too. What can I do to fix this issue?

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you uninstall your mouse drivers by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
