Hi Razer, I bought a Mouse Pad, I have only 2 months of use and I already present a wear in the central part, the mouse I am using is of the same brand. I want you to give me a technical justification for why this inconvenience was given? , and whether in that case you would apply guarantee.

    Do you mind sharing photos of the mouse pad detailing the issue? That way, I can better understand the nature and severity of the damage. Upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link.
