Hi I just bought a Razer BASILISK X HYPERSPEED and it just randomly stops or freezes I think, I even tried to disconnect and connect the dongle and battery but it still takes a minute or two to move again what should I do about this?

+1- Try other battery
- How about connection via Bluetooth?
- Put dongle as close to the mouse as possible, but avoid plugging it into some USB hub. Preferred directly on the motherboard (or via good quality extender).
- Other 2.4GHz devices may interfere with it (Wifi / Bluetooth / microwaves etc) - every environment is different, so sometimes it’s hard to troubleshoot it.
