So when I click down arrow its fine but as soon as I move the mouse pointer to select a profile the list disappears leaving only one or two choices. I can then hit enter to select. The “...” menu doesnt work at all behaving similarly although enter doesnt work so I cant rename or import or anything on that menu. Any idea how to fix?

Ok so. This is wierd. I worked out that it only does it on one of my three monitors! The ASUS ProArt PA329CV! The ASUS VG279QM & PG43U dont do it. Any idea how to stop it on the ProArt?
