Okay so i have been using this mouse for about an year. So when ever i play games or do other stuff it constantly disconnecting and reconnecting itself. I got all my drivers up to date also have downloaded synapse. It happens without synapse as well i check all my ports everything is working just fine. But when i connect this mouse to other devices it works fine. In my pc other mouse doesn't disconnect at all so whats the solution of it im on Windows 10 pro 64bit
Did you've tried different ports in your PC? Preferred USB 3.0 (or above) directly into the motherboard, avoiding USB hubs or ports in PC case.

yes i have checked all the ports even my keyboard doesnt disconnect. I tried 1 asus tuf m3 gaming mouse it works just fine but my razer mice disconnects randomly.
You can try clean reinstall Synapse, as it can be some software issue, especially, when the mouse is working correctly on other PCs:

  • Uninstall Synapse

  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers

  • Then restart your PC

  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

yes i have completed all the steps. I still disconnects when i drag my mouse from 1 end of my mouse pad to other end at faster rate it disconnects also if i drop my mouse on the mouse pade from 2-4 cm above it also disconnects and reconnects itself..................
yeah my mouse too is being a nightmare, and my keyboard spams spaces by itself. not very good for expensive gear
