Hey @eoLUKETA,

Please be advised that we have no support for your preferred language so let's continue in English so I can assist you. I understand that you’re experiencing issues with your mouse. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing?

This translates as:
My Razer DeathAdder V2 mouse, which I used with macros to play Crossfire on Synapse 3, now has started connecting and disconnecting on its own, eventually stopping completely. It doesn't give any signal, no lights come on. I've already tested it on other computers. What's the solution to my problem?

Hi eoLUKETA,

Since you already tested the mouse on other computers and it still has no lights or response, this points more to a hardware or firmware issue. That said, because the mouse is no longer detected at all even on other PCs, you can try the steps below to further isolate the problem.

  1. Test a different USB port directly on the PC Avoid using USB hubs.

  2. Check if the mouse shows any sign of power during boot If there is still no light or detection at startup, that usually suggests a device-level failure.

  3. If possible, test with another known-good cable path or inspect the mouse cable for damage Repeated connect/disconnect behavior before complete failure can sometimes indicate cable or internal hardware damage.

If none of the above works, please send me a PM with your device serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation.  Also, let’s continue our conversation in English to avoid misunderstandings. Thank you!
