Mouse response often pauses.

If you don't move the mouse for a while, the response will be interrupted, and if I don't move my arm a lot, the mouse will not recover. Is it a power saving feature? It doesn't seem to be a mechanical failure. Please give me a solution. The mouse I'm using is NAGA X. I bought it 3 months ago.

    Try different USB port - preferred USB 3.0 or above. If it doesn't help try updating your BIOS and chipset driver inside OS.
