Before I describe my problem; (Razer Mamba Wireless, Model No RC30-027101, Product No Rz01-02710100, 16k DPI) I'm using Windows 10, 64bit.. I bought this mouse new, on Amazon several months back. I don't have a receipt. Since day one of owning this, it gave me a small problems thats driving me insane. I don't use this for gaming, mostly for websites/work/excel. Whether wired or wireless, when I use the scroll wheel to go down on a webpage (say I'm scrolling down using the wheel), it'll tick upwards on the website.. Like right now, if I click one wheel downward, it'll hop up like two spots on this website. It's a very small thing, but I'm on the computer 8+ hours a day, and its driving me insane. This has been going on for a several months, to the point of me having to write this. Obviously, I paid a lot for this mouse and didn't buy a mouse at walmart or anything thinking this was a good buy. Is there anyway to fix this?

I know it's frustrating, but let me help you get this sorted out. Btw, does it behave the same without Synapse in the background? A faulty mouse driver could be causing this issue. Let’s uninstall the mouse drivers by doing the following: -Press “Windows + S” on your keyboard to open the Search bar. -Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter. -Go to Mouse and other pointing devices. -Right-click on your Razer Mouse and select Uninstall device. -Go to Human Interface devices. -Right-click on your Razer Mouse and select Uninstall device. -to completely uninstall the drivers, restart your computer. -The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your mouse. I can use it to verify its model and check for other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
