Mouse side buttons stopped working


My back button on the side of the mouse has stopped working I bought this from Amazon UK a year ago. I want to make use of the 2-year warranty but cannot for the life of me find out how to do this. I've scoured the website and can't find any means of contacting razor or support. I posted on the Reddit sub and someone did answer but then ignored me. Can someone help me on this forum please?

Go to https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/ and submit a ticket - if the seller was amazon. If it was 3rd party company selling through amazon, then I’d contact them directly.


There's nowhere to raise a ticket on the link you gave!
