I leaked water over my razer viper v3 pro usb wire that came with the mouse in packaging and I have warranty and am wanting to know if it’s possible to get a replacement? The wire does not work into the mouse neither does any other wires I’ve tried.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. Feel free to reach out via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other workarounds.
