Mouse Updater fille my C: drive

Hi, 

 

Not very happy at the moment. It looks like the razer software updater downloaded updates in folder C:\windows\SYSTEMTEMP until my drive was full. Currently, the Windows folder is 148gb large.

Unfortunately, Windows will not allow me to delete the files, nor can I uninstall Synapse? At least I disabled the services.

Any idea on how to recover my drive space?

    For the record, found a bulk uninstaller that took care of the software and a system file deleter to get rid of the folder. And burned the mouse
