Dongle is visible in Windows device manager when it “disconnects”?

I have a viper v3 pro and the exact same thing is happening to me. When i try to charge it using the provided cable it keeps connecting and disconnecting to the point my system starts to jitter and on some god given moments it connects and stays that way for a bit I was able to charge it yesterday night a bit but now it won't stay connected anymore. I tried completely removing any razer software including synapse and chroma didn't work tried after reinstalling everything still nothing i even have the latest firmware. Wherever i read people are saying they have the same issue and they just returned there product.

It also does when connected via cable? Wireless dongle is connected directly to motherboard or via cable extension/dock?

I noticed something weird where the mouse struggles to connect to the dongle if the dongle is on a USB3.0. It works better and far more stable (at least for me) while connected to USB 2.0.

If you are on desktop pc, I recommend you connect the dongle in the back of the PC (so it’s directly connected to the motherboard). I have not tested the front panel connectors but just a maybe.
