Mouse4 and Mouse5 and DPI Buttons do not work

My Mouse4 and Mouse5 will not bind to anything and my DPI Buttons don't have any effect on my sensitivity. I have a Razer Mamba Tournament Ediition. Everything else is fully functional on the mouse.
