I have made a strange discovery.
My Razer Basilisk v3 Pro stops charging in the Mousedock Pro after exactly 10 minutes when the PC is shut down.
It happens like this:
Minute 1-10:
Mousedock + mouse light up repeatedly (in my case light green because the mouse was at about 65% battery power)
Minute 10-11:
Mousedock continues to glow green, but then the mouse changes to blue, purple, red, etc.
The following firmware is installed
Mousedock Pro: 2.1.0.0
Mouse: 2.1.1.0
I also find this strange because as far as I can see these versions do not exist.
I use a Gigabyte Aorus X570 Elite as my mainboard, the power supply is on the USB ports after switching off (otherwise it would not charge for 10 minutes).
I use Synapse 3 because with Synapse 4 the light on my mouse freezes after a while and no longer moves (it still works with the mouse dock pro).
Does anyone have any idea how to completely reset the mouse/dock or is there another solution I can't find on the net?
