I bought this headset today and plugged it in, let the firmware updates run and finish. The audio comes out really muffled and flat despite bass boost or any other eq options. I have already tried cycling all the eq presets and repaired synapse once. I have also checked the windows audio options and did not see anything suspicous.
Any more advice on this?
