Multi Device Hyperspeed Dongle - Basilisk V3 Pro & Blackwidow V4 Pro 75%

I have the issue which i have seen in some forums,

Basilisk V3 Pro and Blackwidow V4 Pro 75% unable to pair.

I recently bought both and did my research under the assumption it would work based on the website below.

HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2 Technology | Razer Australia

It clearly shows the Blackwidow V4 Pro 75%.

Please Razer develop a Patch or fix for this in Synapse 4. I have spent a lot of money in good faith, and this was a non-negotiable feature for my setup. I’m not very happy at the moment.

Thanks

Yes.

Blackwidow V4 Pro 75% is not compatible with Hyperspeed multi-device.

As said earlier - NOT possible. There won’t be an update to allow multi-device option.

Hey FiszPL, i understand your reply, however, if you look at my post, i chose and spent a lot of money to pair 2 expensive devices, as per website, and now find its not possible..  This is anti consumer and I will take it up with the ACCC- Australian Competition&Consumer Commission and get a resolution. I was advertised one thing, and got another.

Mate, this is ridiculous, 2 different wireless technologies, Hyper polling wireless, vs 2.4 Ghz. Worst of all i bought a hyperflex V2 hard pad which also won't charge. I’m not sure if drivers are faulty or what's going on. but either way, Razer has some shit to sort out! i’ve spent over $600 Australian dollars and i’m not happy.

The tech that allows you to connect 2 devices is Razer Hyperspeed Multi-Device. Hyperspeed wireless is only a wireless technology name - and it doesn’t mean that it allow use multiple peripherals with one dongle.

Yes, I know, should be more clear, because it’s making big confusion to the end users. But not mine company, not mine policy, and IMO some bad decisions.
