Hi,

I have encoutered the connection problem using the multi-device paring once i have tried to connect with are Deathadder V3 pro mice and Blackwidow V4 pro 75%.

When i used the mice’s dongle to try the paring with my keyboard, the paring option is appeared in the synapse to scan the another device but the Keyboard is not founded even i swithced it to 2.4Ghz and kept pressing the buttion while scaning.

Moreover, When i used the keyboard’s dongle, there is no paring option appeared on the Synapse.

How do i connet the multi-device with two products? is that any problem on my product? or synapse?

I have nearly the same problem.  Trying to get my black widow v4 pro 75 keyboard paired to the dongle of my basilisk v3 pro 35k, while trying to pair it on synapse through multidevice pairing I follow the instructions, the keyboard flashes a rainbow once or twice, then synapse informs me that no devices were found.

Support plz help.

Same problem here. BlackWidow v4 Pro 75%, and Basilisk v3 Pro.

I think the answer lies here: Razer Peripherals Pairing and USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utilities

The BlackWidow v4 Pro 75% Keyboard/Dongle is only supported by the “Razer Keyboard Pairing Utility”, which does not support pairing with any Razer mice.

The “Razer USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility” works with Razer mice, but it does not support the BlackWidow v4 Pro 75% (or the Razer Pro Type or Razer Pro Type Ultra keyboards).

So, it looks like we have to cross our fingers and hope for a future update to the “Razer USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility”, that adds support for the BlackWidow v4 Pro 75%.

However, if the complaints from people who bought a “Pro Type” keyboard and a “Pro Click” mouse (and were very understandably expecting to be able to use a single Hyperspeed dongle for both) are anything to go by, we could be waiting forever...

Same issue, Basilisk V3 Pro and Blackwidow V4 Pro 75%

I recently bought both and did my research under the assumption it would work based on the website.

Please Razer develop a Patch for this in Synapse 4. I have spent a lot of money in good faith and this was a non negotiable feature for my setup.

Thanks
