multi-function digital dial issue
Hello,
few months ago I bought Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro and I have a problem. Multi-function digital dial doesn't work correctly. when I scroll down the volume goes down but sometimes it also goes up. In case I didn't explain well, I link the video to show what the problem is.

Some dials need to be broken in. You can do that by continuously scrolling hard and fast for a couple of minutes. If the problem persists, use canned air to try to dislodge stuck dust particles. Send me the serial number if that doesn't help.
