After finally getting ahold of an agent for the problem regarding my kaira pro for xbox one and after being told to request a repair or replacement I of course requested one. I soon after got an email stating that the case was canceled because I had multiple cases and it was canceled to avoid confusion. Do I request another rma or what? I'm so confused
