Multiple Goliathus Extended Chroma Control help

Hi, so i have 2 of the goliathus extended chroma both are working fine when plugged in my concern is how can i control both chroma effect of the mouse mat independently in synapse? When i did try only one is being recognized in the app and the other is just in a static color.. Is there a way to control both rgb light of the mouse mat? Any help on this is much appreciated, thanks!

Unfortunately Synapse 3 is not able to give support for two of the same product currently as far as I know. I am not sure if you would be able to control the other mouse mat somehow without using another computer with Synapse 3 on it, so I moved this thread to Support so an official agent can help.

It is as @Jenjar stated. Synapse 3 can only detect and support one if you have multiple instances of the same device. There's no way around this as of the moment.
