im not sure how the issue happened, I set Macro on my Tartarus V2 which didnt work as I wanted which I then deleted but after deleting the macro the 1 key didnt work. I set to finding a solution which includes restarting Synapse, reinstalling Synapse, and various other lvls of new installs. All instances fixed the issue on uninstall and then reappeared after reinstalling Synapse. I currently have uninstalled ALL Razer app and software and have a unlit dark keyboard… I would like to continue using Razer products and RGB features but I do not have a solution that allows Synapse to be installed.
