My 2-year Razer Kraken Kitty won't charge

I charged my headphones overnight and surprised that it won't start/open so i checked in the razer audio app to see charging status but it's stuck at 10%. I tried other charging cable and adaptor but still stuck at 10%.

    Having the same issue with my headset as well. The charging light comes on for a second then it stops accepting charging. Tried a few different cables. The headset was hardly used, only had about 3 gameplay sessions before it died.

      Is there any answer to this?  Or are we expected to buy a new headset every two years. This is poor customer service to ignore people when they are asking for help.

      Having the same issue with mine. Barely used. I actually preferred my wired ones until the leather started flaking off into my hair. Made the switch to my Kraken Kitty ears ones and three sessions later, poof, refuse to charge. An answer would be nice Razer. We all love your products which is why we spend so much of our hard earned money on them.
