My 2019 blade 15 cannot start, stuck on the recovery options that doesn't help

I think the OS boot is corrupted and I am forever stuck at the light blue screen showing recovery options that include restore checkpoint, recover from media (which i have none), etc.

I tried to find a recovery image for the 2019

Product: Razer Blade
Product Code: RZ09-02887E92-R341

but i can’t find online… please help!!

Hey there, ​@edwinhww1974!

Thank you for sharing your concern here.  Please try  to perform a hard reset  by following the steps below:

1. Plug the Razer Blade to its charger.
2. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
3. While still holding the power button, unplug the charger.
4. Release the power button. Leave the system sitting for a few seconds.
5. Plug the charger again.
6. Press the power button to power it back on.


If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase in PDF format for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
