I’m here to help. Please be informed that the Razer Kraken V3 doesn't support Razer 7.1 Surround Sound. Instead, it has THX Spatial Audio integrated into your device. I suggest you follow the steps from this link to configure THX Spatial Audio for headphones on Razer Synapse. I hope this helps.
