My 7.1 not working

I have done all the step to open 7.1,the only way to get 7.1 is open signal enhancement but this will make my audio like ultra low quality, have anyone got others way to help me?

Try to update the audio drivers of your PC and do a clean re-installation of the Razer 7.1 Surround sound app. If that didn't work, let me know through PM so I can raise your concern to the Software Team.
