My 7.1 not working

Hello i cant open 7.1 surround and if i open id doesnt sound come and if i plug my headphones it didnt show up and im using realtek audio and its working i need to use 7.1

Try to clean install the app and reboot your PC for further isolation. You can also follow the steps here on how to set the app as your default audio device. Should you need further assistance, let me know through PM so I can kickstart a case and escalate your concern to the software team. Thanks!
