My account is blocked because I tried to add a phone number

I wanted to make a purchase in the game Fortnite, but I had to confirm my phone number. I tried to do this several times, but I didn't receive an SMS, and then I got a notification that my account was blocked.
The support team is silent, and the chat only has a bot that can't help me. What should I do?
