I was attempting to add my phone number for 2FA and set up Google Authenticator on my Razer account yesterday. However, when I tried to add my phone number, I received a message saying:
"Your account has been locked. Please contact customer support for more information."
I submitted a support ticket right away, but so far, I haven’t received any response. Live chat has also been unavailable the entire day.
Could you please help check the status of my account and assist with unlocking it? I’d like to complete the phone verification and continue using my account.
