Dear Razer Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to ask for help with an issue I am having with my Razer account. My account has been temporarily locked, and I cannot add my phone number removed for 2-step authentication.

When I attempted to add my phone number, I encountered a CAPTCHA verification step. After completing it, I received a message stating, "Your account has been locked temporarily. Please contact support for further assistance." I am unsure why this happened and would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Could you please assist me in unlocking my account and guide me on how to successfully add my phone number for 2-step authentication? I would appreciate any help you can provide.
