Ok I have a problem I have a green X Kraken headset and I used the Activation code that it gave me for the 7.1 surround sound and it worked fine yay. But a day ago I cleaned my pc so it uninstalled 7.1 surround and I just installed it again and used the same account that I used before and it says I need to put in the Activation code in again??
