hey i have a problem with the 7.1 surround sound activation code. I bought the Razer Kraken X lite headphones today in the Media expert store in Poland, but when I wanted to activate the 7.1 surround sound software, I write that the activation code is already in use. please help :)

    Please send me a screenshot of the error message along with the serial number of your headset and the email you used to register the device. I'll take it from there.
