I have my brand new KRAKEN and cant log into 7.1 surround sound cos my activation code from scratch is already taken. What should i do?

Did you confirmed whether the product you had purchased were an authentic Razer Product? You purchased that Kraken from which source? Can you explain more detail regarding your purchased? How about registration? dDid you able to register your Kraken on Razer Product Registration And Warranty HERE? Looking forward for your answer.
