So, when synapse is on, my mouse isn’t working, i can’t moove my cursor and buttons aren’t working too.. when synapse is off, the mouse work but i don’t have any profile :/

Yep had the same issue, reinstall and delete every single razer folder and then install it again

Thank you for flagging this issue. It seems that Razer Synapse is causing problems with your mouse functionality, while the mouse works perfectly fine when Synapse is closed. To resolve the issue try to reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
If the problem persists, please try your mouse on another computer to see if the issue is specific to your current setup.
