my barracuda pro has an annoying robotic sound on some frequencies

Hello, I have a problem with my Barracuda Pro, sometimes when a video or game has certain frequencies the audio sounds robotic and is very annoying, it also happens when it is connected to Bluetooth, I already disabled Windows sound enhancements and so on but it doesn't work I hope you can help me, thank you.

Have you tried it on a different computer? There’s a firmware update available that you can try. If the same issue persists then you can drop me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can check for a possible fix.
