Hello, I have a problem with my Barracuda X, sometimes when a video or game has certain frequencies the audio sounds robotic and is very annoying, it also happens when it is connected to Dongle , I already disabled Windows sound enhancements and so on but it doesn't work I hope you can help me, thank you.

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update is firmware. Please make sure to select the correct variant below:
