I've tried everything I can, but it still doesn't work.

I understand that you've already tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but the microphone on your Razer Barracuda X still isn't working. 

Please provide the serial number of your headset and let me know via PM which troubleshooting steps you have already performed. Also, does the issue occur on different devices or PCs?

Could you also confirm whether the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps in this link. Thank you!
