My Basilik v3 Pro 35k mouse won't turn on and won't charge

I was playing a game and out of nowhere I got a notification that the mouse battery was low. I plugged it in and it wouldn't charge at all. Now the battery is dead and it won't turn on; it's like the mouse is completely dead. I tried contacting support but the bot just keeps replying with the same thing: "Oops, I didn't understand, try again."

Hi fastSandstormbase026,

Let me assist you with your concern. I understand that your Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K is not charging. Have you tried using a different charging cable or USB port on your PC? If so, did it make any difference? Does the mouse show any signs of life when plugged in, such as lights turning on or blinking? Please do the troubleshooting steps below to fix the issue.

1. Make sure the charging cable is securely connected to both the mouse and the USB port or wall charger.
2. Try connecting the mouse to a different USB port on the computer or use a different wall charger to see if that resolves the issue.
3. Look for any damage to the charging cable. If possible, try using a different cable to rule out a faulty wire.
4. Observe if any lights on the mouse indicate it is receiving power while plugged in.
5. If you can, check Synapse or the mouse light for any charging indicator.

If it still won’t charge or power on after those steps, this may be a hardware issue. You can PM me with your device serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. All the best!
