My Basilisk Ultimate works wirelessly but stops when i connect it via cable.

Yesterday, my BU worked normally on cable but didn't wirelessly. Today, after booting up the PC, it completely stopped working, and in settings, it says “driver error.” I tried using the Device Detection Troubleshoot tool, and after deleting every Razer device driver, the mouse started to work while wired. However, after Windows “prepared it for usage,” it again stopped. So, I downloaded the firmware updater for it, and after choosing to update both the dongle and mouse, it started to work wirelessly, but it can't update the mouse. Now, I can use it when it's not connected via cable, but when I do, it instantly stops.
