I just got this mouse on christmas not even that old just a couple of days ago just straight up does not wanna work any more for sume reason. Does anyone had the same problem or just me?

Also it does not wanna connect to the pc or other pc or even a laptop so I can't download updates or do anything on the pc

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. Also, do you see any physical defects? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds along the way.
