Hello,
I purchased a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro about 2 months ago. When I switch between wired, 2.4 GHz, or Bluetooth, the mouse turns on and the RGB lights up, but the profile button light stays solid and the mouse is not responding at all (no cursor movement or clicks). The PC does not react and the device is not usable.
Also when i look device at synapse it look not working

Uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse

Updated the firmware (currently up to date)
Could you please help me with further troubleshooting steps or advise on a replacement/RMA if needed?
