It started not too long ago when I would use my scroll wheel it would disconnect . To connect it back i’d have to plug it in over n over again til it connected but would turn back of if I try to switch the mouse wheel or flick it. Now when I connect it blinks over n over again and you can hear the mouse wheel locking/clicking but the mouse never turns on. If I leave it plugged in it’ll tell me that the usb device is not recognized.

I’m here to help. Does the problem happen when using the mouse via wireless and wired connection? To isolate the issue, please try the steps below:

1. Ensure the device is plugged in directly to a PC and not a USB hub. 

2. Check if any software is causing the issue.

  1. Exit all apps by going to System Tray.
  2. Locate Razer Synapse.
  3. Right-click and select “Exit All Apps”.

​​​​​​​3. Ensure Windows is up to date. If you just updated Windows, please install the "Optional updates" under Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options.

4. Uninstall the drivers of your Razer mouse if the problem persists.
