my black shark v2 x decreasing mic pick up on xbox controller

I have black shark v2x but there's problem when I connect it to my xbox series s controller it decrease pick up my voice and I need to screem so the others can hear what I'm talking about but in gamsir controller it picks up the voice perfectly I don't know what's the problem I hope someone could help me
