My Black widow ultimate 1016 edition keyboard is not showing up in synapse

i know my keyboard is old but i would like to still be able to change what the lights do can anyone help me with this problem

    Hi there! What version of Synapse are you using? Have you tried repairing or reinstalling Synapse?
