My blackshark v2 does not show up on my laptop

OgulturkIsTheBestIt should work as a regular 3.5 mm headset since you've mentioned that you no longer have the USB sound card. Razer Synapse will only detect the device if the US sound card is connected. Please be aware that a damaged or lost device is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Also, the USB sound card is not for sale nor available in our RazerCare Store. I’ll be locking this thread now.
