My Blackshark V2 Pro (2020) won't connect to my dongle, help!

Hello guys! I’ve been dealing with this problem for a while and it has been bothering me, I’ve been using my Blackshark V2 Pro (2020) for 3-4 years now. I usually use it everyday for playing but for the longest time I have been using the 3.5mm audio + mic jack instead of the wireless one aka the dongle. When I tried going back to using the dongle so I can use the mic and play with friends it won’t connect anymore. I have tried switching ports, charging my headphones, even using the Razer Headset Pairing Utility but it won’t work. I have a suspicion that my dongle is the problem, anyway if there is any way to pair my headphones again or maybe buy a new dongle please answer! (P.S I also downloaded Razer Synapse 3) Thank You!!!
